Masks and treatments are our saviors. But whats the difference and which is best for your hair right now?
🧡Ｈａｉｒ Ｍａｓｋｓ are a step up from our everyday conditioner. Hair Masks work on the surface layer of our hair to help add moisture, control frizz and add shine🤩. These are best to maintain condition of your hair, but won't repair damage. These shouldn't be used every time you wash your hair as they can sit heavy on your hair.
I would recommend a hair mask every 3rd or 4th wash🥰 For best results - shampoo first, then towel dry and apply mask and leave for recommended time on bottle.

💚Ｈａｉｒ Ｔｒｅａｔｍｅｎｔｓ are a lot more intense and work on the inside of the hair's cuticle, repairing damage and strengthening the hair. These are best for extremely damaged hair and there really are no treatments like an in salon treatment. I would always recommend treatments if you plan on changing the colour of your hair and they work wonders for your hair after a few weeks in the sun and sea🏝 For best results a course of 4-6 treatments is usually recommended depending on the strength of the treatment and condition of the hair.
